In 1993, Candelari's Sausage Company was established, distributing Papa Albert's famous Italian sausage
and several other delicious family specialty sausage recipes to restaurants and retail stores throughout Texas.
Adding to the authenticity of the sausage was the opening of Candelari's Pizzeria where the sausage could
be showcased in family recipes for pizza, pasta, sandwiches and more.
